Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (journal articles, books, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market launch
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
