Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing innovations
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and maintain relationships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
