Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap for quantum computing and AI integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biotech convergence, spatial computing) to identify market opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global supply chain disruption mitigation
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations
