Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to map emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts in human-machine collaboration
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts for trend validation and partnership opportunities
- Quantify market potential of emerging technologies using predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation strategy frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS, STRATOS) strongly preferred
