- Partner with venture capital team to identify disruptive startups
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or innovation strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
