Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on technological disruptions and market implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
