Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized identity systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and ETH Zurich partners
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine augmentation
- Simulate long-term technological impacts using proprietary quantum forecasting models
- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable product roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor a global team of PhD researchers and futurists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through DARPA/EU Horizon partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Applied Mathematics with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits >$100M)
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and Q# with demonstrated quantum computing proficiency
- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography
- Previous experience leading teams with 20+ PhD-level researchers
