Responsibilities

- Produce trend synthesis reports with quantifiable impact assessments for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using agile methodologies
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic foresight findings at industry conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, behavioral economics, and emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations
