Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across tech, sustainability, and human-centric design
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech) and market signals to forecast industry transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services aligned with 2026 market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trends into coherent narratives
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation roadmaps
