Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead innovation sprints for next-gen products/services targeting 2026 market readiness
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts in emerging verticals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward agile innovation and long-term visioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on emerging trends
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends and innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic concepts brought to market maturity
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
