- Develop strategic frameworks for market entry, product innovation, and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings for decision-makers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic alignment with 2026 transformation goals
- Represent the company at global forums on future-focused leadership and innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful market outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
