Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 100 companies
- Published author of at least 3 industry-defining trend reports
- Proficiency in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and backcasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies generating $50M+ revenue
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Keynote speaker at 10+ major futurism conferences (e.g., South by Southwest, Davos)
