Responsibilities
- Develop and publish bi-annual 2026 Impact Reports analyzing technological convergence and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional FutureSprint workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI integration and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and invest in 2026-relevant startups
- Represent HorizonShift at global forums (Davos, Web Summit) as a future-tech authority
- Mentor internal teams on foresight methodologies and emerging trend analysis
- Drive adoption of Pre-emptive Innovation Frameworks across product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with demonstrable impact on 2020+ tech evolution
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech adaptation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Cassandra)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successfully predicted market shifts (2018-2023)
- Certification in Anticipatory Intelligence or equivalent future-focused credential
