As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify emerging trends, develop long-term scenarios, and accelerate the commercialization of breakthrough innovations. You'll shape how organizations prepare for and thrive in the rapidly evolving technological landscape of the mid-2020s.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate future-ready solutions
- Deliver executive-level briefings on emerging risks and opportunities shaping post-2025 markets
- Design and implement organizational frameworks for rapid adaptation to technological disruptions
- Oversee the Future Innovation Lab, directing research into human-AI collaboration and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
