Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture and strategic alignment
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology/Engineering, or equivalent)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
