Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, environmental, and technological uncertainties
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent company vision at global forums on future tech and sustainable innovation
- Maintain FutureVision's foresight database and publish quarterly trend briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience with sustainability transition frameworks and ESG integration
