- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation consulting or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech ethics or human augmentation
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with futures forecasting tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with quantum computing and neural interface technologies
- Strong background in behavioral psychology and human-centered design
