Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum AI, sustainable tech, and neuro-interface systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible AI development practices
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systemsAdvanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
