Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 innovation pipeline integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human augmentation systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI autonomy and quantum decision-making
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate cutting-edge research into scalable commercial applications
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bioengineering, or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering futuristic products to market (3+ major launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neural interfaces
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Fluency in emerging tech standards (IEEE 2026, ISO Quantum Frameworks)
