Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts and MVPs for future technologies
- Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI projections for technology investments
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
