Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight framework
- Identify and analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation practices across all product lines
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning techniques
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Austin, Boston)
