Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Identify emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
- Oversee patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D, product innovation, or futurist strategy roles
- Proven track record launching technology products with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong portfolio of innovation projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
