- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of tech futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Drive R&D initiatives for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
