Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 5-year technology strategy with focus on 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform technology investment decisions
- Present strategic roadmaps and technology forecasts to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing technology strategy team
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certifications in technology foresight, innovation management, or similar
