- Develop patentable intellectual property in emerging domains like neural interfaces and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic visions into corporate strategy
- Present foresight insights to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in emerging technology sectors
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic R&D, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough innovations with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
