Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ innovation strategy aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future-proof opportunities and risks
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and future-focused organizations
- Monitor global trends and regulatory changes affecting innovation landscapes
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation management, strategic planning, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in agile/lean methodologies for innovation pipelines
