Responsibilities
- Architect strategic blueprints for 2026 technology adoption across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Publish industry-defining whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future tech disruptions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market shifts
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical specialists in trend analysis and strategic foresight
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ innovation budgets and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech or business publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
