Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards for executive decision-making

- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5-year forecasting track record
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate adaptation strategies
- Experience with Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis, and causal layered analysis
