- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines and business units
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in sandbox environments
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot 2026-readiness initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging innovations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record forecasting technology trends with 3+ year accuracy
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Experience translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
