- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) and assess market readiness by 2026
- Develop 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into business operations
- Manage innovation labs focused on prototyping 2026-ready applications
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology evolution forecasts
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years focused on future technologies
- Proven track record in developing and executing tech roadmaps for 2020+ initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
