Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance neural networks capable of processing real-time spatial data.
- Lead the R&D strategy for 2026-era AI models, including predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, designers, and engineers to integrate AI into spatial interfaces.
- Optimize model latency and energy efficiency for edge devices and quantum processors.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ethical AI development and deployment.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or spatial computing environments (e.g., Unity/Unreal Engine AI plugins).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applied to AR/VR.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex architectural transitions.
