Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and validating next-generation technological solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee the development of technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation guidelines
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
