Responsibilities

- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver breakthrough prototypes
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position Nexus as a 2026 technology leader
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-tech projects, tracking ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor emerging talent in future-tech methodologies and foresight thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or next-gen infrastructure technologies
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact timelines
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or conferences
