Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech ventures (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
- Experience with venture capital fundraising for tech ventures >$50M
