Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and innovation
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, disruptors, and competitive threats
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for future market conditions and technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership, investors, and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic progress and innovation ROI
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
