Qualifications

- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in Web3.0, AR/VR integration, and neuromorphic computing
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology foresight
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on 2020s tech evolution
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
