Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our Quantum-Classical hybrid systems leading up to 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and systems architects.
- System Design: Design scalable architectures that integrate quantum processors with high-performance classical computing environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging quantum algorithms and error correction techniques.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum concepts into clear technical strategies for executive leadership.
- Protocol Optimization: Oversee the implementation of Qiskit and Cirq standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or emerging technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit/Cirq frameworks. Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM, Google, AWS Braket).
