Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning engineering milestones with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures capable of supporting millions of concurrent users.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product owners to translate complex visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) and integrate them into our 2026 infrastructure strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
