Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Certified in Quantum Computing Security (QCS) or equivalent
- Expertise in decentralized networks (Hyperledger, Ethereum 2.0)
- Published research on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Proven track record in carbon-negative tech implementation
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science/Quantum Physics preferred
