- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Decentralized Web.
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate futuristic concepts into viable roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of supporting next-gen user experiences.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or architectural role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technical projects.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Web3, or Spatial Computing technologies.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams.
- Experience in the FinTech or Enterprise SaaS sector is highly preferred.
