Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technological framework and oversee its execution across R&D teams.
- Lead high-level strategic planning for emerging tech adoption, specifically in Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic components into current product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical innovation within the organization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with next-gen hardware and software integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major technological transitions (e.g., Cloud, Mobile).
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and future-proof system design.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M.
