- Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies across 15+ departments
- Oversee $12M+ annual AI research and development budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neuromorphic research labs
- Present AI impact analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor 25+ AI specialists and data scientists
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and governance frameworks
- Drive innovation through competitive intelligence analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI (XAI)
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Certified in AWS/Azure ML Enterprise Architect
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in quantum algorithm development
