We are seeking a visionary 2026 AI & Quantum Readiness Architect to lead our strategic planning and implementation of next-generation computing paradigms. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between today's capabilities and the transformative technologies that will define the year 2026. You will work with cross-functional teams to build roadmaps, assess emerging tech stacks, and ensure our infrastructure is ready for the quantum leap.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, specifically focusing on AI integration and Quantum computing readiness.
- Lead architectural assessments to identify gaps between current legacy systems and future 2026 requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for scalable, secure, and future-proof systems.
- Conduct market research on global tech trends to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and AI integration strategies.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives and managing large-scale projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
