Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced AI and machine learning integration models aligned with the company's 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to seamlessly embed AI capabilities into existing and future enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure our tech stack remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Lead the transition from legacy infrastructure to highly scalable, cloud-native AI environments.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, architectural blueprints, and best practices for AI deployment.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure all AI solutions comply with strict data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise AI/ML integrations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving technical consensus across multiple teams.
