Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional working groups on bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Represent NexusTech in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory dialogues
- Create audit trails for AI decision-making processes
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics
- Experience with large-scale LLM deployment ethics
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for AI systems
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
- Exceptional stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences
