Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business transformation goals
- Secure $50M+ in federal grants for next-gen infrastructure projects
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Present strategic blueprints at global forums like Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in policy development for blockchain and Web3 ecosystems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred)
