Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems by 2026
- Lead cross-functional task forces on algorithmic bias mitigation and transparency
- Develop industry-first ethical audit protocols for generative AI models
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and regulatory bodies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment across product lines
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development practices
- Author white papers on emerging AI ethics challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- 8+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI safety
- Experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Expertise in risk assessment for autonomous systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across tech, government, and academia
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
