Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor regulatory changes in EU AI Act, US federal guidelines, and international standards
- Author transparency reports and ethical impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Deep understanding of AI technical limitations and societal impacts
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
