Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's comprehensive technology roadmap targeting 2026 market trends.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge Generative AI, spatial computing (AR/VR), and Web3 technologies into existing platforms.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align emerging tech initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers and designers to prototype next-generation digital experiences.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive innovations and assess their viability for enterprise integration.
- Spearhead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate the ROI of emerging technologies prior to full-scale deployment.
- Represent FutureForge at industry conferences, positioning the brand as a thought leader in future technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech integration.
- Deep, demonstrable understanding of modern AI ecosystems (LLMs, diffusion models) and spatial computing hardware.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling disruptive technologies from concept to production.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, capable of bridging the gap between engineering execution and corporate strategy.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
