Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Develop scalable system architectures that seamlessly integrate classical AI models with emerging quantum computing paradigms for the Year 2026 platform.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-gen algorithms that prioritize energy efficiency and high-throughput processing.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize neural network models to ensure they are ready for deployment in real-time, high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum computing environments.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks.
